“Turkmenistan Airlines to resume European Union flights starting the 01^st of June 2019” is the title of several articles published online by multiple media outlets during the past weeks. 

The start date of the 01^st of June 2019 is incorrect. As per the latest news from Turkmenistan Airlines all flights from Ashgabat to Frankfurt, Paris CDG, Birmingham and London LHR v.v. are suspended until the 01^st of September 2019.

All other flights operate as per the normal schedule. Apart from the connections to the European Union, as mentioned above, Turkmenistan Airlines operates scheduled flights to Istanbul, Minsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kazan in the mainland Europe.

To Asia regular flights are operated to Almaty, Ankara, Bangkok, Beijing, Delhi and to Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the Middle East from Ashgabat. Domestically Turkmenistan Airlines operates an extensive route network in Turkmenistan from Ashgabat to various destinations like Balkanabat, Dashoguz, Mary, Turkmenbashi, and Turkmenabat.

The Turkmenistan Airlines fleet consists of only modern Boeing (717,737,757 and 777) aircrafts. All international flights are operated in a two-class configuration: Business and Economy Class.

As per the latest news from Turkmenistan Airlines all flights to Frankfurt, Paris CDG, Birmingham and London LHR are suspended until

As per the latest news from Turkmenistan Airlines tomorrow's (08 Feb) flight to/from Birmingham (BHX) will operate per the normal schedule
leaving Ashgabat (ASB) at 12.00 (T5425) and leaving Birmingham (BHX) at 13.50 (T5426).

T5427/428 @ 09 Feb to/from London (LHR) has been cancelled. Please contact the airline directly for re-bookings. UK Phone +44 121 558 6363.
