“Turkmenistan Airlines to resume European Union flights starting the 01st of June 2019” is the title of several articles published online by multiple media outlets during the past weeks.
The start date of the 01st of June 2019 is incorrect. As per the latest news from Turkmenistan Airlines all flights from Ashgabat to Frankfurt, Paris CDG, Birmingham and London LHR v.v. are suspended until the 01st of September 2019.

All other flights operate as per the normal schedule. Apart from the connections to the European Union, as mentioned above, Turkmenistan Airlines operates scheduled flights to Istanbul, Minsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kazan in the mainland Europe.
